Healing Through Education
Overview
Breaking Cycles, Building Bridges: A Journey of Family Healing
Welcome to a space where education becomes the catalyst for healing generational trauma and transforming family dynamics. As a soon to be mental health counselor and community wellness advocate, I create webinars and seminars that explore the deep-rooted impact of childhood experiences and offer pathways to break cycles of generational trauma.
Each event is designed to help you understand how past wounds shape current family dynamics, and more importantly, how to foster healthier, more compassionate relationships moving forward. Whether you're a parent, caregiver, or someone on a personal healing journey, these sessions will offer you insights, practical tools, and a community-focused approach to healing.
I invite you to join me as we learn, grow, and build bridges of understanding, for ourselves, our children, and future generations.

When the Wound
Becomes the Lens:
How Childhood Trauma Distorted My Adult Perceptions of Children
I grew up carrying responsibilities no child should ever have to carry, knowing too much, too soon, and learning survival before I ever learned innocence. For a long time, I believed that was normal.
Now, as a mother, advocate, and healer, I’m creating a powerful new webinar that explores how childhood trauma shapes the way we see ourselves, our children, and the world around us.
This work is honest, reflective, and rooted in the truth that many of us were forced to grow up before we were ready. And today, when we see children simply being children, it can stir emotions we didn’t expect, not because they’re wrong, but because our inner child never had that freedom.

Beyond Survival: Learning to Live Fully After Healing
This is a trauma‑informed webinar designed to help people who have already done the work of healing but still find themselves living as if they’re in danger. Many individuals overcome the wounds of their past, yet continue operating in survival mode, overworking, people‑pleasing, bracing for impact, or struggling to trust peace.
This webinar guides participants through the transition from surviving to truly living.
